I waited seemingly FOREVER. the gym needs some serious help. Some equipment was clearly from the Stone Age, AND the shower's temperature control was wonky. I had to constantly adjust it.

I had a corner room on the 21st floor and it had floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, what a view! the staff was quick with requests. It took only minutes to get service from someone friendly. location! it was also a stone's throw from central park, i loved it!
i found the room a little tight to walk around in, not much space there! the bathroom layout meant you walked right into the toilet and the shower had low pressure, though they fixed it pretty quickly.

freshly baked cookies are available in the afternoon; these are macadamia nut and white chocolate, so yummy! there is a cafeteria available on-site, it is open most hours of the day. breakfast includes choices that change daily.

the hotel offers city views and convenient access to subway lines nearby. there are four elevators, they all run efficiently with very little wait time to reach different floors. the gym is pretty decent, i enjoyed it!

I found the shower pressure quite strong. The bathroom and carpets looked new! the beds were firm and comfy. That was very helpful after long days. the room overall felt clean. i also noticed a safe.
